运动员退役后如何安置问题始终受到大家的广泛关注，也是我国体育事业奉行举国体制下不可忽略的关键问题。而伴随着我国竞技体育的繁荣发展，退役运动员安置问题也越加显著。绝大部分退役运动员面临着再就业竞争加剧的情况，由此也对全社会产生了一定程度的影响。退役运动员的安置工作是十分重要的，其不但能够直接影响运动员的个人前途，还能够间接影响到整个队伍的稳定性，更甚之和我国体育事业是否能够更加的长远也具有紧密联系。如若无法将此问题妥善处理，很大概率会在一定程度上阻碍我国的体育发展，成为一个瓶颈。不论是由能够吸取更多的体育人才层面，抑或对曾经为我国体育事业争得荣誉的退役运动员的补偿来说，该项问题都应该获得国家以及社会的高度关注。本文将结合国内外研究现状，分析其研究原因及研究意义基础上，以退役运动员的安置现状与保障制度作为主要研究对象，探讨退役运动员社会保障制度中存在的问题，针对此些问题提出如何加强我国退役运动员社会保障的措施，以期最终能够完善以及增强退役运动员的相关保障制度，维护相关人员的合法权益。

With the prosperity and development of competitive sports in China, the resettlement of retired athletes is becoming more and more significant. The vast majority of retired athletes are facing the situation of intensified re employment competition, which also has a certain impact on the whole society. The resettlement of retired athletes is very important. It can not only directly affect the personal future of athletes, but also indirectly affect the stability of the whole team. What's more, it has a close relationship with whether China's sports can be more long-term. If we can't deal with this problem properly, there is a great probability that it will hinder the development of China's sports to a certain extent and become a bottleneck. Whether it is to absorb more sports talents or to compensate the retired athletes who have won the honor for China's sports, this issue should be highly concerned by the state and society. In this paper, combined with the research status at home and abroad, based on the analysis of the research reasons and research significance, taking the resettlement status and security system of retired athletes as the main research object, the problems existing in the social security system of retired athletes are discussed, and the measures to strengthen the social security of retired athletes are put forward in view of these problems, so as to improve and enhance the social security of retired athletes The relevant security system of mobilization, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of relevant personnel.
